Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Nawabi Paneer Curry Recipe, first of all, add cheese, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder and oil to a mixing bowl
Step 2: Mix and keep aside for 20 minutes
Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet
Step 4: Add paneer to it and cook till it turns golden brown from both the sides
Step 5: Once cooked, take it out separately
Step 6: Now to make curry, firstly put coconut, cashew, green chilli, cinnamon, long, cardamom, cumin, water in a mixer jar and grind it well
Step 7: Keep it separately
Step 8: Heat ghee in a pan
Step 9: Add ginger, garlic and cook for 10 seconds
Step 10: Add onions and cook till the onion becomes soft
Step 11: It will take 3 to 4 minutes
Step 12: Now add ground spices, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and cook it for 5 minutes
Step 13: After 5 minutes add coconut milk to it and mix well
Step 14: After 1 minute, add peas, capsicum, water, coriander and let it boil
Step 15: Turn off the gas after boiling and add cottage cheese and serve
