Step 1: To begin making Narikol Pitha Recipe - Sweetened Coconut Fritter, in a frying pan, dry roast coconut and sugar until light brown in color

Step 2: Once done turn off the heat and allow it to cool

Step 3: In a bowl, add all purpose flour, browned coconut and sugar and slowly add milk to form a stiff dough

Step 4: Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan

Step 5: Carefully add in small balls made out of dough

Step 6: Deep fry until golden brown on all sides

Step 7: Once done transfer the Narikol Pitha onto a plate with an oil absorbent paper and serve hot
