Musk melon, orange flesh

Carrot
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)

Preparation
-Peel and remove the seeds of the muskmelon. Cut into chunks.
Cooking Steps
Add the chopped carrot, muskmelon chunks, to a blender.
Pour in 1/2 cup (100ml) of water. Adjust the water quantity based on your desired consistency.
Blend everything until smooth. Do not strain the smoothie to retain all the fiber and nutrients.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
