Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the chopped mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, and salt. Keep aside.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat. Grease it with some oil.
Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a circle.
Place some of the mushroom mixture on top of the dosa batter.
Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cover it with a lid.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom of the dosa turns golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
Remove the lid and flip the dosa over. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is also golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
