Preparation
-Slice and blanch button mushroom for few mins.
Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add blanched sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
