Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Mushroom Do Pyaza Recipe, heat a kadai with oil, first add cubed onions and capsicum and saute until they turn soft and caramelized
Step 2: Take them out and keep it aside
Step 3: Add ginger and garlic, allow it to soften
Step 4: Once done add chopped onions and cook till they turn translucent
Step 5: Add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with little salt so that the tomatoes become mushy and soft
Step 6: At this point you can add all the spice powders including red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and saute well
Step 7: Add chopped mushrooms and cook until the water is all evaporated
Step 8: Check for salt and add if required
Step 9: Add sautéed onions and bell peppers at the end and mix well
Step 10: Cook until the mixture becomes semi dry
Step 11: Serve the Mushroom Do Pyaza Recipe along with Tawa Paratha or Phulka and Palak Dal to make it a complete meal
