Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Muesli Olive Oil Rusk Recipe whisk oil and jaggery in a bowl until it combines
Step 2: Then add vanilla essence, milk and whisk a bit more
Step 3: Now add the flour, yeast and muesli
Step 4: Mix everything well to get a sticky dough
Step 5: Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
Step 6: Place the whole dough on baking sheet and shape into approximate 6 cm wide and 20 cm long log
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm to the touch
Step 8: Once done remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 15-20 minutes
Step 9: Using a serrated knife, cut the log into 1 inch thick slices
Step 10: Place the slices on their sides on the baking sheet
Step 11: Bake for 10 minutes and take out
Step 12: Flip them and bake for 10 more minutes
Step 13: Remove the Muesli Olive Oil Rusk from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
Step 14: It will become even harder after cooling
Step 15: Once cooled store Muesli Olive Oil Rusk in an airtight container
