Step 1: To begin preparing the Moong Ki Khichdi With Palak Ki Kadhi, soak the whole moong, basmati Rice, chana dal and moong daal together in a mixing bowl with water for an hour

Step 2: Heat a cooker with ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds and mustard seeds

Step 3: Let them splutter and add all the vegetables and all the spices with salt and mix them well

Step 4: Add soaked and drained Moong khichdi mixture in it and let them cook until the cooker releases 3 whistles

Step 5: After 3 whistle, turn off the gas and let the cooker to be cool

Step 6: Serve Moong Ki Khichdi with Gujarati Kadhi for a light and healthy meal
