Preparation
-Wash, peel and chop radish.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped garlic and green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
Add chopped radish and salt. Mix well.
Add coriander powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat until the radish is cooked and has blended well with the spices.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
