Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Mooli Bhurji Recipe, wash radish and the leaves
Step 2: Scrap and finely chop the radish
Step 3: Chop fresh leaves too
Step 4: Heat oil in a wok, add mustard seeds and when it splutters add carom seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder and green chillies
Step 5: Next add the chopped radish and the green leaves
Step 6: Add some salt and saute
Step 7: Continue cooking on medium flame stirring in between
Step 8: After some time you will observe that the veggies have started leaving water
Step 9: Continue stirring the vegetables till they are cooked and water has evaporated
Step 10: Finally, add amchur powder, mix and switch off the stove
Step 11: Serve Mooli Bhurji along with Panchmel Dal and Phulkas for a weekday meal with your family
