Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Vegetable Samosa Recipe, first of all, add maida, salt, oil, celery and lemon juice in a large bowl and mix well
Step 2: Slowly add water and knead it well

Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 5: Add mustard seeds and let it splutter
Step 6: After tempering, add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, and cook till the onion becomes soft
Step 7: After the onion becomes soft, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it well
Step 8: After 2 minutes add mashed potatoes, green peas, carrots and mix well
Step 9: Add green coriander, cook for 2 minutes and your masala is ready
Step 10: Now take balls of medium size and take a little thick bale
Step 11: Now cut it in half
Step 12: Now apply water on the corner and make a cone shape
Step 13: Now add samosa mixture and mix it on top
Step 14: Make all the samosas like this
Step 15: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 16: Add samosas to it one by one and cook till it turns golden brown
Step 17: Now put it on the kitchen towel so that more oil absorbs
