Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Mixed Vegetable Dry Manchurian recipe, we will firstly begin with making the manchurian balls
Step 2: Take all chopped veggies into a large bowl, add salt and pepper and mix it well
Step 3: Now add both flours and mix it well
Step 4: Heat the oil for frying before making balls
Step 5: Take small portion of veggie mixture and make roll out of it
Step 6: Similarly, make all the balls
Step 7: Carefully, place the balls into hot oil, cook it till golden brown crispy colour
Step 8: Cook it at medium heat, in very hot oil the balls become hard form outside and undercooked form inside
Step 9: Remove balls from oil and keep into some kitchen papers
Step 10: And let it be cool completely
Step 11: In a small bowl, take 1 cup water and mix 1 tbsp corn starch and dissolve it into water
Step 12: The next step is to make the manchurian gravy
Step 13: In skillet, heat the 2 tbsp oil; add ginger-garlic paste and sauté on high flame
Step 14: Then add green chilli and again cook for half minutesNow, turn the gas on high flame, add green onion and just cook for 1 minute
Step 15: Add all the sauces and give nice stir, then add water mixture and stir well
Step 16: Once sauce started to thicken, switch off the gasAdd manchurian balls and keep stirring till balls absorb the sauces
Step 17: Serve hot
