Instructions
Preparation
-Soak 1 tsp chia seed in water for 30-40 mins
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, mix together the flaxseeds, pre soaked chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk the skimmed milk curd until smooth.
Add the mixed seeds to the yogurt and stir well.
Add roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
