Instructions
Preparation
-Grate paneer cubes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it turns translucent.
Add chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes until it becomes mushy.
Add mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked, but still have a crunch.
Add grated paneer and mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
