Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pressure cooker, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and chopped onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped carrots, green beans, zucchini, cauliflower, and tomatoes to the pressure cooker. Stir well to combine.
Add the salt, black pepper, and thyme.
Pour in the water. Stir again.
Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on medium heat for 2-3 whistles (approximately 6-8 minutes). Let the pressure release naturally.
Serve hot.
