Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, besan, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a flat disc of about 6-7 inches in diameter.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti on the hot tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve hot.
