Preparation
- Ensure saffron is fresh and stored properly for optimal flavor and aroma.
- Crush the cloves and peppercorn slightly to release their flavors during boiling.
Cooking Steps
Boil water in a pan.
Add the saffron strand to the water and allow it to release its color and aroma for about 1 minute.
