Instructions
Preparation
Peel the ginger piece and crush it using a mortar and pestle to release its flavors before adding it to the boiling water.
Crush the lower part of the lemongrass stalk to release its aroma.
Cooking Steps
Boil water in a pan.
Add lemongrass, ginger, and cardamom to the boiling water.
Add tea leaves and simmer for 1 minute.
