Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Milk Sooji Fudge Recipe, take a thick bottom wok, add milk and sugar
Step 2: Allow the milk to boil on medium flame with continuous stirring
Step 3: Take another pan, heat ghee, add fine sooji and fry well
Step 4: Add the fried rava to the sugar milk mixture and continue to stir
Step 5: Now add the thick fresh cream, cardamom powder to this and stir further
Step 6: Here, fresh cream can be replaced with little more of ghee
Step 7: At a point, the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan
Step 8: Now pour this mixture into greased tray and garnish with almond pieces
Step 9: Allow it to cool and after they cool cut into pieces
Step 10: Store these milk sooji fudges in airtight containers
