Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped fenugreek leaves, carom seeds, and salt to prepare the stuffing.
In a separate bowl, mix the jau flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll them into balls.
Take a dough ball, flatten it, and place a portion of the methi stuffing in the center.
Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the stuffing and gently roll it back into a ball.
Roll out the stuffed ball into a roti using a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan or tava over medium heat.
Place the stuffed roti on the heated pan and cook until both sides are cooked and golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.
