Boil water and off the flame.

Add methi seeds, ajwain, saunf, and jeera to the warm water.

Cover and let the seeds soak overnight.

In the morning, strain the soaked water to remove the seeds.

Add 1 tsp (5ml) of apple cider vinegar to the strained water.

Stir well and drink on an empty stomach.
