Step 10: Now, add the sprouted moth beans, 2 cups of water, season with salt and let it simmer with the lid closed till the moth beans are cooked well
Step 11: If the water dries out, add a little more water, adjust the seasoning and simmer for 5 more minutes
Step 12: The consistency of the curry should be little thin
Step 13: Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the heat
