Instructions
Preparation
-Slice and blanch mushroom for few mins.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté till translucent.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add chopped tomato, cook till soft, and oil separates.
Add blanched sliced mushrooms and green peas, sauté till mushrooms release moisture and brown.
Lower heat, add spices (turmeric, red chili, coriander, salt), and mix.
Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender (about 15 minutes).
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander.
