Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add green peas and stir well until the peas are coated in the masala.
Add water and bring the gravy to a boil.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes over low heat until the peas are cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
