Step 11: Add 1 cup of water to cover the potatoes and bring to a boil
Step 12: Cover and cook until the potatoes are half cooked
Step 13: This will take about 10-12 minutes
Step 14: Once the potatoes are half cooked, add green peas, chopped tomatoes and mix well
Step 15: Adjust the consistency of the gravy and cover and let the Matar Chi Usal cook
