1 cup (200g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Ginger Paste
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Garlic paste

Cumin Powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the masoor dal in water and soak it for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Drain the excess water and grind the dal to a coarse paste in a food processor or blender without adding water.
Transfer the dal paste to a bowl and add chopped onion, green chili, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into patties or tikkis.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray oil on it.
Place the tikkis on the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot
