Preparation
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
Cut them into small cubes to ensure even cooking.
Cooking Steps
Place the cubed sweet potatoes in a pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are soft and easily mashable.
Once cooked, drain the excess water and transfer the sweet potatoes to a large bowl.
Use a masher or fork to mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
In a separate saucepan, heat the toned milk gently over low heat (do not boil).
Gradually add the warmed toned milk to the mashed sweet potatoes, mixing well until you achieve the desired creamy consistency.
