Preparation
Boil Potato:
- Peel the potato and cut it into small chunks.
- Boil the potato in water until it is soft and easily mashable (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Boil Egg:
- Place the egg in a saucepan and cover it with water.
- Boil the egg for about 10-12 minutes to ensure it is fully cooked. Let it cool, then peel off the shell.
Cooking Steps
Mash the boiled potato with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
Mash the boiled egg separately into a fine texture.
Combine the mashed potato and egg in a bowl.
Mix well until the mash is creamy and lump-free.
