Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the cubed paneer and gently stir until the paneer is coated with the masala.
Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
