-Wash and cut fish into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to create a spice blend.
Coat both sides of the fish pieces with the spice blend.
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
Cook the fish pieces for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are golden and cooked through.
Remove excess oil on paper towels before serving.
