Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Carrot and Peas Sandwich Recipe, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan
Step 2: Once the oil is heated, add finely chopped garlic and green chillies in the pan
Step 3: Saute for a few seconds and add the grated carrots and boiled green peas and let it cook for 10 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked through
Step 4: Once done add black pepper powder and chaat masala and stir
Step 5: Add salt according to your taste and mix everything properly
Step 6: Turn off the heat and keep aside
Step 7: Now to prepare the sandwich, take a slice of bread and spread some filling evenly on the slice
Step 8: Garnish the carrot and peas mixture layer with grated cheese
Step 9: Close it with another slice of bread
Step 10: Grill the sandwich in a grilling pan from both the sides till golden brown
Step 11: Cut the sandwhich diagonally and serve hot
Step 12: Serve Carrot and Peas Sandwich along with a hot cup of Masala Chai or Cantaloupe Pomegranate and Mint Juice
