Preparation
Ensure the milk is lukewarm (not hot) for proper setting of the curd. Heat gently if needed.
Take chopped mango and puree the mango before use.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the mango pulp and curd. Mix well until smooth.
Gradually add lukewarm milk to the mango-curd mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.
