Cooking Steps
Wash the raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a blender, blend the mango until smooth.
Add the raspberries to the blender and blend again until smooth puree.
Add the homemade dates syrup and lime juice to the fruit puree and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a container of your choice and freeze for 4-5 hours or until it is set.
Once set, remove the sorbet from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping and serving.
