Cooking Steps
In a grinder, add, whole green moong sprouts, makhana powder with little water and grind.
Add water gradually to make a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be pourable but not too runny.
Mix in chopped green chili, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil/ghee.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a thin pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot.
