Instructions
Preparation
-Remove tomato seeds.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add green peas and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the peas are cooked.
Add paneer cubes and water. Mix gently to avoid breaking the paneer. Let it cook for another few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
