Preparation
-Boil potato, and let cool then mash it.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, boiled and mashed potato, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add oats flour and mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions.
Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it into a tikki shape.
Heat a oil on a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the tikki on the hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on one side.
Flip the tikki and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the other side is browned.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top of the tikki.
Serve hot.
