Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add the Basa fish to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Take a baking dish and grease it with olive oil. Place the fish in the baking dish and pour any remaining marinade on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Sprinkle fresh coriander and mint leaves on top and serve hot
