Lobia (Black Eyed Peas)
0.5 small cup (50g)
Button Mushroom
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Tofu (Pro Plant)
1 cup, crumbled (200g)
Olive Oil
1 tbsp (15g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Chopped Green Chilli
2 tsp (4g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Garam Masala
1 tsp (3g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)

Preparation
-Soak Lobia beans in water overnight.
-Pressure cook lobia beans for 4-5 whistles.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add boiled black-eyed beans, crumbled tofu, chopped mushrooms, chopped onion, chopped green chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small kebabs or balls.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the kebabs and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the pan.
Serve hot.
