Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Light and Healthy Spinach Soup Recipe, we will first get all the ingredients ready
Step 2: Heat oil in large saucepan;add in the garlic and celery and saute for a few seconds
Step 3: Add in the chopped spinach, sprinkle some salt and saute on medium heat until the spinach is wilted and cooked

Step 8: Check the salt and pepper levels and adjust to suit your taste
Step 9: Bring the soup to a boil only when you are ready to serve to retain the maximum nutrition
