Onion Finely Chopped

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add the grated or crumbled tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are well combined.
Take one lettuce leaf and place a spoonful of the tofu mixture in the center.
Add a small amount of mint chutney on top of the tofu mixture (optional).
Wrap the lettuce leaf around the tofu mixture like a burrito.
Repeat the process with the remaining lettuce leaves and tofu mixture.
Serve immediately.
