Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and dry red chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the dals turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, salt and roasted peanuts. Stir well.
Add the cooked white rice to the pan and mix well with the spices.
Turn off the heat and add the lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
