Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add grated ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add coriander powder and salt and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
Add water and bring the soup to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 10-12 minutes until the flavors are well infused.
Add the finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice to the soup. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove the soup from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
