Step 1: To begin making Lauki Burfi With Paneer Recipe, place a pan on medium heat
Step 2: Add ghee to it
Step 3: Once the ghee is warm, add grated lauki to it
Step 4: Saute the lauki for 2-3 minutes till it becomes soft and starts releasing water

Step 15: Spread it evenly
Step 16: Garnish it with some slivered almonds
Step 17: Let it cool for 10-15 minutes
