Bottle gourd, elongate, pale green

Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped

Instructions
Preparation
-Wash, peel and chop bottle gourd.
Cooking Steps
In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add the chopped bottle gourd pieces and sauté for a few minutes.
Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the bottle gourd is tender.
Using an immersion blender or a regular blender, blend the soup until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and cumin powder. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
