Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the kuttu flour and salt.
Gradually add water and knead until you get a smooth and soft dough.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and shape them into balls.
On a floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin, round roti.
Heat a tawa or flat skillet over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti onto the tawa and cook for 30-40 seconds, or until small bubbles start to appear on the surface.
Flip the roti over and cook for another 30-40 seconds.
Remove the roti from the tawa and repeat the process with the remaining dough.
