Chopped Green Chilli

Cumin seeds

Common salt

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix kuttu flour, mashed potato, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt.
Add water gradually to the mixture to make a smooth batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Grease the pan with ghee or oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is cooked.
Serve hot.
