Cooking Steps
Step 1: We begin making the Korean Style Kim chi Udon Stir Fry with Scallions Recipe by boiling the noodles in hot boiling water, heated in a sauce pan
Step 2: Once the noodles is just cooked, strain the water and wash it under cold tap running water and drizzle some oil and keep it aside
Step 3: This will stop any further cooking
Step 4: Heat a Kadai with oil, add onion and saute for few minutes
Step 5: Add in the kimchi and sauté for some more time
Step 6: In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned in the sauce list
Step 7: Combine it together and keep it ready
Step 8: Then add this sauce mixture slowly into the kadai give it a stir
Step 9: Add in the cooked noodles and toss it over
Step 10: Check for the seasoning if required
