Step 1: To begin making the Konkani Style Vali Bendi Recipe, we will heat a skillet to dry roast the dry red chillies

Step 2: Once done grind it along with coconut and tamarind to a smooth paste by adding some water

Step 3: Heat a pressure cooker with oil, add pound garlic and allow it to sizzle

Step 4: Add chopped spinach leaves and saute for few seconds till it wilts

Step 5: Add ground paste and about 1/2 cup water and salt

Step 6: Pressure cook for around 2 whistle
