Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
200 gm (200g)
Kodo Millet Flour
1 small cup (100g)
Red Onion
0.25 small cup (25g)
Skimmed Milk Curd
1 tbsp (15g)
lemon juice
1 tsp (5g)
Black Pepper
0.25 tsp (0.5g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, whisk together the salt ,pepper, skimmed milk curd and lemon juice.
In a mixing bowl, add kodo millet flour, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a thin, round cheela .
Cook the cheela on medium-low heat until it turns golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Once the cheela is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
Add sliced red onion on top of the yogurt dressing.
Add the cooked chicken, Roll up the wrap tightly.
Serve immediately.
