Instructions
Cooking Steps
Mix the Kodo millet flour in a bowl. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Add salt, cumin powder, chopped green chilies, and vegetables to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
Cook on medium flame until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
